Krevvi (“we”, “us”) is a design and post-production studio based in South Jakarta, Indonesia. This page explains what information we receive through krevvi.com and how we use it.

What we collect

When you contact us through the form, by email or on WhatsApp, we receive your name, email address, the service you are interested in, your message, and any file links you choose to share.

How we use it

• To reply to your inquiry and prepare a quote or free test edit.
• To carry out and deliver the work you order, and to send invoices.

We do not sell your information and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Your images and files

Files you send are used only to produce your work. We do not share them with third parties and we do not show your images in our portfolio without your permission. We are happy to sign an NDA on request.

How long we keep it

Inquiries stay in our email inbox so we can follow up on your project. You can ask us to delete your messages and files at any time.

Third-party services

File transfers you start through WeTransfer, Google Drive or Dropbox, and payments through PayPal, Wise or Upwork, are handled under those services’ own privacy policies. This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
